Hmmm, I think it all started when I was a kid. Always thought pregnant bellies were absolutely beautiful. Today I love ALL round bellies. I love big bellies, pregnant bellies, beer bellies, the heavier and rounder the better.... and I also love my own :-D
In 2000 (after extreme dieting) I weighed 136lbs. I was married shortly after that and from our wedding day and all through our honeymoon and beyond, we totally let loose and just ate and ate at every opportunity. No small wonder, since I'd been starving myself for 4 months prior to getting married! Looked great, but MAN was I HUNGRY!
I gained 84lbs within the first 4yrs of marriage. My husband is a fantastic cook and we were always out at restaurants ;-) but in those few years we also indulged in ALOT of burger takeaways. Since then I've remained pretty constant at 220lbs with 2 pregnancies in that time each taking me up to around 265lbs.
I don't do junk food anymore, maybe once a month if the craving calls for it, usually pizza. My diet is actally pretty healthy, plenty of fresh fruit and veg, dairy, eggs, lean meat, non-processed foods, of course I include carbs like pasta but I tend to stay away from bread (or try to). So basically I just eat ...uhm... ALOT :D I don't like soda.

Strange as it may seem, I really enjoy weight training and a moderate cardio workout. Clearly I don't work out every day ;-P usually twice or three times a week. Over the years I've managed to significantly increase my muscle weight (and a few extra pounds). That said, I haven't been to gym in 6 months ~ which explains my rapidly expanding girth. :D

You mentioned that you have gained mostly muscle over the years and some fat more recently. As you have gained more weight, you must have gotten stronger. How strong/muscular are your legs currently?
ReplyDeletePretty muscular, just well insulated. My thighs and calves are well developed and strong. Quads need a little work.
ReplyDeleteWould you be willing to do a leg flexing video in the future? The combination of fat and muscle is highly unusual and intriguing. I'm sure I speak for others too when I say I'm curious to see you legs!
ReplyDeleteAlso, do you credit weight gain/pushing calories in general with helping make your legs stronger/more muscular? I've heard that sometimes when women gain weight, the leg muscles grow substantially.
ReplyDeleteThe only way for me to make my legs stronger/more muscular is to work out hard. Just the right amount of cardio and the majority of my workout is weight training. If I follow a strict eating plan (not a diet) by splitting my calories: Fat 20% Carbs 45% Prot 35%, I lose weight fast and tone up fairly quickly. By eating the way I do now, alot (not necessarily junk food), I still gain strength/muscle. However I still remain well padded and my weight increases, partly due to accumulating fat, mostly due to increased muscle mass.
ReplyDeleteYou must be very strong (considering your weight and percent lean mass). That is so great. Please don't be shy and do show off your muscle and strength in your future videos! I know I for one am looking forward to seeing! :-)
ReplyDeleteBtw, there is a whole world of bbw lift/carry and strength fetish, you know.
ReplyDeleteThanks so much and, no, I had no idea :D
ReplyDeleteYou are so amazing! I LOVE how round you are becoming! And yet so tight as well, what a turn on! I do hope you decide to continue growing in this fashion. I can't wait to see your next video! Your husband is such a lucky man. I hope you continue to grow that belly just as you have :). You are a beautiful woman and an eloquent writer as well.
ReplyDeleteMuch love

Yup, there is a whole world of bbw in which a very large and strong woman physically dominates another individual. Look up Kaya Nee, Angie Kimber, and BBW Rayne. There are others of course, but those are the ones who pop into mind readily right now.
ReplyDeleteGood luck becoming the size/shape you desire. I do think that gaining muscle (something that most of the mainstream gainers likely condemn) not only keeps your body looking good and healthy, but also can increase the amount of fat you can carry on your frame. Bigger, stronger body can hold more weight. So please show those sexy muscles of yours one day soon! Don't be shy...I know it will be a hit with many of your fans. Best wishes.
PS again:
ReplyDeleteI just found this:

By typing "strong bbw" into google. Is that awesome or what?

ReplyDeleteHi BBB
ReplyDeleteJust a curious admirer with a few questions. What do you like the most about your belly and what do you like the least? I personally love how round your belly is, its so rare to find a belly that perfect, and the way you play with your belly button. Also, how big would you like your belly to get, what is your dream goal? Thabk you for sharing your gorgeous belly with all of us, and i cant wait for your next update. :)
@ Bill: Thanks for your kind words :D
ReplyDelete@ The Rambler: Thanks for your support. What do I like best? I love all of it, round, firm, weighty :D I'm trying to avoid the hang, I think that's what I'd like the least. I don't have a goal, I'm simply enjoying life with far less restrictions ;P
ReplyDeletePlease keep us updated when you plan on posting a new video update!
ReplyDeleteMuch love and I hope you had an excellent weekend :)
